We are here to assist military
families that are experiencing problems enforcing their rights under the
Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ("SCRA"). The SCRA protects you against
lawsuits, such as custody disputes and foreclosure claims, and other
financial claims against your assets when a military family member is on
active duty. Many businesses and banks, financial institutions-and even
local courts and judges--have violated and continue to violate the SCRA.
We recommend you hire a local attorney; if your rights have been
violated you may be able to recover substantial damages.

Do, click here) we will do everything we can to assist you in seeking
and receiving assistance to protect your rights.
